Advanced Psychometric Analysis
Morrisby Profile is our flagship service and is trusted by over 1,000 schools around the world. It provides detailed insight into abilities, personality and preferences to help students make the best possible decisions.
Identifying strengths
Objective psychometric assessments identify a student’s strengths across academic, technical and practical areas. These aptitudes are combined with measures of career and study interests, motivations, preferences and personality to form a comprehensive personal profile.
Raising aspirations
The What-If tool encourages students to see which careers become available to them if they reach the next qualification level or decide to complete an apprenticeship. When a student tries one of these scenarios, the career suggestions will change, and highlight new careers and subjects that become available.
Achieving goals
For those young people who know their direction, Morrisby can help them investigate the best routes to achieve their goals and also explore similar careers and courses, including many they may never have considered. When combined with the built-in interview templates, this becomes a highly valued guidance system.
Finding the right path
Morrisby has information about apprenticeships, college and university courses, and potential careers, including salary expectations and different routes to employment. This support does not end when students leave school, as Morrisby Profile users have a login for life to repeat the interest-based questionnaires as they change over time.
Management system
Data and dashboards
Career leaders and teachers are supported by a flexible management system. Multiple dashboards help you view data, and a student database makes it easy to see progress either individually or by group. Key data can be downloaded for further interrogation. Compass+ export is available for easy career activity data upload.
Meeting notes system
To aid the careers feedback and deliver the 1-2-1 careers guidance meeting, Morrisby provides a meeting notes template. This feature ensures the student fills in a short survey before their guidance meeting, and then provides a feedback outline to aid the adviser.
