With Morrisby Higher it is possible for multiple members of staff to add subject references and predicted grades, keep track of progress and chase staff directly from Morrisby Manager.
First, you need to make sure that all relevant staff members are added to Morrisby Manager and have their subjects added. To do this go to Settings > Staff & Advisers > Click on a name:
Here we can see that this teacher can set predicted grades and do subject references for 4 selected subjects.
You will also need to make sure that the correct subjects are being offered to your students in 'Options at 16' - if you need assistance with that please contact us at support@morrisby.com
Make sure to also set the Due Dates in Settings > Higher:
Once the initial setup in Morrisby Manager is done, ask your students to log in to Morrisby and go to My Choices > Subjects > Options at 16 > Set the subjects they are planning to take. Here the students can also select a teacher and note down their expected grade:
Once students enter NC Y12, on their next login to Morrisby they will be taken directly to Options at 16. Morrisby automatically prompts students to take action when needed, students will be able to add their subjects, or they can skip this, browse their account first and add the subjects later. Staff can add subjects for the student via impersonation.
Find the student in the Students section and open the individual student view. Go to the 'UCAS reference' to see further information. You will be able to change the selected staff member or add staff if none was selected by the student. Each section has a 'Required' option in the top right corner, toggle this to 'Yes' for all required references. You can also start filling in Additional Information, Extenuating Circumstances and Other Supporting Information:
When the selected teacher logs in to Morrisby, they will see that they have outstanding tasks in the 'Tasks' section. When they open this they will be able to go through all the tasks and add predicted grades directly from here. Staff in Morrisby can also choose to get a weekly summary of tasks sent to their email, if they do not want to keep logging into Morrisby each week just to check their tasks:
Click 'Complete Task' and follow the instructions in the pop-up windows to add predicted grades and subject references:

Once all the required fields are filled in, we will see that the outline for the particular subject has turned green. Any outstanding ones will remain yellow:
Once the sections are finished you will see a new button pop up: 'Append to Supporting Info'. Use this button to add the individual references to the Other Supporting Information text field, you will then be able to copy the long final reference in one go. Please note that Other Supporting Information needs to be marked as Required in order to use the Append functionality:
