1. Access the Interview Section
- Log in to your Morrisby Manager account.
- From the left-hand side menu, click 'Students'.
- In the student overview, select the 'Assessment' tab.
2. View Interview Status
- Locate the 'Interviews' column.
- Icons here indicate the status of the student’s interview preparation.
- Hover on the icons to see what they mean.
3. View student preparation
- Open the student account
- Click on Profile Interview
- See the first two steps to see what the student filled in
4. Claim the meeting
- Click on 'Interview Discussion'
- Tick the box to assign the interview to yourself and select if the interview is in person or remotely.
5. Add and Share Interview Notes
- Add notes for the interview.
- Use 'Load' to open a structured template—this helps organise your notes.
- Once notes are complete, click 'Save Notes'
- Toggle 'Share with the Student' to Yes.
- Click 'OK' to confirm.
