Accessing the Activities Section
- Log in to Morrisby Manager.
- From the left-hand menu, click on ‘Tracker’.
- You'll be directed to the Group Activities page.
Understanding the Group Activities Page
- View a list of:
- Any Morrisby Activites you copied from the Library.
- Custom activities added by your school/establishment.
- Columns displayed include:
- Activity name
- Date
- Delivery and type
- Groups assigned
- Careers Plan information
- Number of students assigned
- Number of students completed
- Sections for Review, Feedback, and Compass+
Navigating Academic Years
- Use the top bar to switch between different academic years.
- This allows you to view past or upcoming activities.
Creating an Activity
- Click ‘Create an Activity’.
- Follow the activity wizard, which guides you step-by-step.
- Add all required details such as:
- Name
- Date
- Type
- Groups involved
- Careers Plan inclusion
- Finalise the activity setup.

Student Activities Tab
- Accessible from the same page.
- View student-logged activities (added from their own accounts).
Careers Plan Tools
- Access and download the full Careers Plan as a PDF.
- Click ‘Show Text’ to edit the plan’s written content.
- Edit the Careers Plan name if needed.
- Pre-set and custom activities are automatically included in the plan as indicated while following the wizard.
Output: Download generates a formal PDF summary, ideal for sharing with colleagues or Ofsted.
