1. Navigate to the Students Section
- From the left-hand menu, select ‘Students’.
- On the right side of the screen, click the ‘Actions’ button.
2. Add a Single Student
- In the dropdown, select ‘Add Students’.
- Fill in the student’s details.
- Username and Password are optional.
- Click ‘OK’ to add the student.
- Press ‘Refresh’ to update the list, and the new account should now appear.
3. Add Multiple Students (Bulk Import)
- Click ‘Actions’ again.
- Select ‘Add Students’, then click ‘Import’.
- Follow the guide steps to upload and register multiple students at once.
4. Send Invitation Emails
- Once your new students are visible in the Students tab, you can select them with the checkbox.
- Return to the ‘Actions’ tab and click ‘Send Invite Email’.
- A confirmation will display the names of the students you're inviting.
- Click ‘Send’ to issue the email invitations.
- Students will receive an email inviting them to log in
