Morrisby - Settings Cog - Please follow this link to watch a walkthrough of the Settings menu and what each section allows you to do
In Manager, you have the ability to customise your settings so you can ensure that your Morrisby set-up works with your school.
Please note: The settings menu is permission-based, so not all advisers will see it.
The menu is as follows:
Organisation
Here you'll be able to see all the general information about your school: licence expiry dates, codes, academic runs, etc.
Logo
Here you'll be able to upload your school logo. We recommend doing this as soon as you can as it will show on any report generated. This includes the Student Report, Summary Report, Learner Passport, Careers Plan, etc.
Groups
You'll be able to use Groups to group together Students for many different reasons. You could pop all the students you know are interested in a particular career, like law or medicine, making it easier to find these students when you need to.
Please see our guide 'How to Set Up and Edit Groups' for more information
Staff & Advisers
You can manage who has access to Morrisby here. We recommend regularly checking your staff list to make sure only the people who need access have access.
Please see our guide 'How to set up staff in Manager' for more information
Permissions
When adding your staff, you'll be asked to give them a 'role', and the role they're given dictates what they have access to. You'll be able to see and edit the roles and what they can do here
Please see our guide 'How to use Permissions in Morrisby Manager' for more information
Notifications
You'll be able to set the level of communication you and your students receive here.
Please see our guide 'Setting up Notifications' for more information
Qualification Levels
This section allows you to set a default qualification level for your students if you would like to. If you don't set a default, your students will be able to set their own expected qualification levels.
Please see our guide 'How to set and use default Qualification Levels' for more information
Aspirations
Here, you'll be able to set the Aspirations assessment as mandatory if you would like to. If you do, your students will be taken to the assessment as soon as they login for the first time. If you don't, they will still have the option to take the assessment, they just don't have to.
Profiling Sequence
This section gives you the schedule for the Profile assessment, and allows you to edit messages shown to your students during the breaks/completion message. You'll also be able to set how you would like the results to be shown. You have three options:
- Results available to student on completion of Aptitudes profiling
- Lock results until released by the adviser, access to account permitted
- Results and account both locked until released by the adviser
Profile Interview
Here, you're able to give your students information on the next steps regarding their feedback interview, and any suggestions you may have that will help them prepare.
