Resyncing Your Students

You can resync your students by following the steps below:


  1. Access Settings
    • Click the settings cog in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Navigate to MIS
    • From the settings menu, select MIS.
    • This will take you to the sync log where you’ll see recent syncs.
  3. Review the Tabs
    • Validation Errors – Lists students who failed validation (e.g. missing email, incorrect NC Year).
    • Year Groups – Shows students who passed validation and are ready to be synced.
  4. Sync Students by Year Group
    • If students passed validation, click into each year group one at a time.
    • For each year, you'll see three categories: New, Existing, and Synced.
  5. Select Students to Sync
    • In the New and Existing tabs, tick the checkbox next to the students you want to sync.
    • Click Sync Selected.
    • Large numbers of new students may take a few minutes to sync.
    • Repeat this process for each year group.


PLEASE NOTE: If you reuse student email addresses from previous years, it could cause conflicts or data crossover.
